Part Time Housing Officer

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a well known Housing Association, who are looking for a Part Time Housing Officer, with specific responsibility for tackling anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud and sub letting.
This is a part-time position, working 21 hours per week.
Duties will include:

• Tackling anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud and sub letting
• Investigating, enforcement and preventative activities to support tenants to maintain their tenancies.
• Conducting interviews and witness statements, help preparing legal proceedings including acting as Court Witness
• Pursue appropriate legal action including injunctions, possession orders etc.

We are seeking candidates who possess the following:

• Experience within the Housing sector, dealing with vulnerable people and complex situations, including dealing with tenancy enforcement
• Must be a driver due to the nature of this position, there will be travelling involved
• Understanding of Tenancy enforcement
• Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent)
