- Kenneth Brian Associates are supporting our client, a successful Insurance company based in SW London, with recruitment for an experienced Customer Service Advisor.
Initially working from home, until Covid restrictions allow a return to the office, this role will involve working as part of a busy Personal Lines team, focusing particularly on Motor, Van and Home insurance.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with clients via telephone and email
- Processing adjustments to policies
- Cross selling other Insurance products
- Liaising with Insurance companies and Premium Funding company
- Working within FCA guidelines
To be considered for this role, we are looking for:
- Previous Customer Service experience within an Insurance company
- Specific Motor, Van and Home Insurance experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to recognise and act upon cross selling opportunities
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.50pm / 9am-6pm. You will be required to work every other Saturday, 9am-4.30pm.
