- Kenneth Brian Associates have partnered with a successful company based in Tolworth, who are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their Recruitment team, handling a high volume of vacancies across the London/SE England region.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team, and responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high volume of vacancies
- Liaising with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Developing recruitment strategy to attract and retain talent
- Managing agency PSL
- Managing recruitment advertising budget
- Producing reports
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience in managing high volume recruitment
- Experience of recruitment advertising
- Proficient in using LinkedIn and job boards
- Ability to manage relationships with hiring managers
- High level of communication skills
