Types of calls range from basic questions through to more complex queries, so you will need to be adaptable and able to respond effectively to customers and resolve their enquiries.
 
To be considered for these roles, you will need:
 
  • Educated to minimum GCSE (or equivalent) level
  • Previous telephone based Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task
