Kenneth Brian Associates are exclusively partnering with one of Epsom's fastest growing and renowned businesses. Due to rapid growth within its sector, our client is seeking an experienced Payroll specialist WITH A PENSIONS AND BENEFITS BACKGROUND to join their impressive company which has seen rapid growth nationwide and in Europe.
Key Duties:- Strong payroll and benefits administration experience
- Working knowledge and understanding of UK Payroll and Benefits i.e. Issuing P45s, P60s and P11Ds
- Sound understanding of UK Pensions, Auto-enrolment
- Multi-payroll experience, ideally international
- Advance excel skills
- Structured in approach but flexible enough to work in an ever changing environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving mind-set, keeps abreast of payroll and benefits legislation
