I am currently recruiting on behalf of a number of Financial Services organisations in the Epsom area for experienced Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities will include:
· Answering inbound telephone calls from customers
· Dealing with a range of queries in a professional manner
· Making outbound calls to customer when required
· Following up enquiries and providing information
· Responding to emails
· Working to department targets and KPIs
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:
· Previous telephone-based Customer Service experience
· Ideally some Financial Services industry experience
· Confident and professional telephone manner
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
