Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting exclusively on behalf of a leading company in Guildford for a Head of eCommerce. This position is pivotal in commercial driving online marketing and sales via the B2C platforms.
You will be driving increased revenue and profit to achieve the companys growth ambitions and will also be responsible for managing and continuously improving the customer service experience for customers to ensure the organisation remains a 5 star provider within their industry.

Duties:

  • Responsible for ensuring Ecommerce channel division exceed sales and profit targets
  • Developing and executing a commercial strategy for the eCommerce channel to ensure revenue growth via increase customer acquisition, conversion and AOV
  • Analyse, review and change strategic and tactical changes
  • Work with Marketing and PR teams
  • Manage user experience of the website
  • Overall responsibility for management of the annual marketing budget with review and reporting on ROI
  • Manage web analytics related to eCommerce
  •  
Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience working in overall digital marketing, email, SEO and content
  • Experience working in a senior commercial role with a multi-channel ecommerce environment
  • Track record of sales and profit growth
  • Experience with Magentoand SAP Business One
  • Experience with MS Suite, Adobe Photoshop
