Description
Kenneth Brian Associates have recently partnered with a dynamic office based in Chessington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to be the first point of contact in order to resolve tech problems for the employees in the office.
 
Duties will include:
 
  • Respond to internal staff queries regarding IT issues and requests
  • Automate and run through procedures on local and cloud systems
  • Administrative duties
  • Managing systems for colleagues and customers
  • Resolving colleague and customer challenges proactively
  • Directly communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Improving existing systems and processes
  • Handling of support and finance duties
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
  • Log all help desk interactions
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
  • Test and deploy system updates.
  • Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network issues.
 
We are looking for an individual with previous experience of providing IT support to a team, along with a customer focused manner and the ability to work well in a busy environment.
