- Kenneth Brian Associates have recently partnered with a dynamic office based in Chessington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to be the first point of contact in order to resolve tech problems for the employees in the office.
Duties will include:
- Respond to internal staff queries regarding IT issues and requests
- Automate and run through procedures on local and cloud systems
- Administrative duties
- Managing systems for colleagues and customers
- Resolving colleague and customer challenges proactively
- Directly communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
- Improving existing systems and processes
- Handling of support and finance duties
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
- Log all help desk interactions
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
- Test and deploy system updates.
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network issues.
We are looking for an individual with previous experience of providing IT support to a team, along with a customer focused manner and the ability to work well in a busy environment.
