Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an innovative organisation, based within the Wimbledon area, on an exciting, newly defined and critical role designed to support our organisations contract team in delivering excellent customer service to our high end commercial & residential customers. We are looking for an individual with prior helpdesk/scheduling experience, who is comfortable speaking with customers and engineers to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Duties will include:- Effectively plan and schedule Engineers diaries for Reactive and PPMs and to ensure that the scheduling process is delivering maximum productivity
- Assist the team in the day-to-day management and administrative compliance
- Answering customer calls/emails and enquiries via portal regarding Reactive Maintenance and PPMs
- Answering general enquiries via telephone/email
- General administration- including data entry, updating systems with reports and photos.
- Schedule engineers’ diaries
- Working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task
- Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers
Working within a busy team the ideal candidate must have the ability to work under pressure in a challenging and fast paced environment, have fantastic organisational skill, be a problem solver and to be able to use their initiative.
