- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a leading organisation, based in Sutton, in order to fill their role of Customer Service Administrator. Within this role, you will be acting as the primary Administrator around the processing of orders and ensuring that the best possible service is offered to new and prospective clients .You will also be responsible for new-account related administration duties, and working closely with other departments ensuring that any issues are escalated and resolved in an efficient and timely manner. In addition, you will handle incoming phone calls from customers in regards to placed orders, delays or general enquiries. Duties will include:
- Receive customer orders via telephone, email and post.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Inform customers about prices, discounts and billing processes.
- Process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Check stock availability.
- Appraise customers on alternative products when required item is not available.
- Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders.
- Coordinate with sales and other appropriate departments in processing orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Interact with Accounts Receivables team regarding payments.
- Maintain and update customers’ database.
In order to be successful within this role you will need:
- Previous Administrative experience within a Customer Service environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner especially when under pressure
- Good team working ability
- Good level of numeracy
