- Kenneth Brian Associates are looking to hire a talented recruiter for our expanding Epsom head office, to support business growth. This vacancy sits within our Accountancy & Finance team working in our Temps and Contracts division.

Kenneth Brian Associates was founded in 2016 with the specific intent of providing a ‘higher’ quality finance recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. We have an experienced team of accountancy and finance recruiters, who have worked for many years in established finance recruitment firms across Surrey. Our passion for offering an exceptional recruitment service is why the business continues to grow rapidly, with plans to open a 2nd Surrey office in 2022.
We place candidates at all stages of their careers, from Finance Graduates to Finance Directors. We work with large corporate businesses, SMEs and Charities, across Surrey, London, Sussex and Hampshire.
We have modern offices in central Epsom, a 5 minute walk from the station.

Contractual hours at Kenneth Brian Associates are 9 to 5 Monday to Thursday and 9 to 4 on a Friday. There's no formal KPIs (we're all Adults here!) and we're a sociable bunch too! We reguarly get together for team drinks, a team activity day once a quarter (to fund raise for the QEF charity) and we offer genuine career progression opportunties.
What we are looking for?
* We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Consultant with previous recruitment experience.
* Experience of the accountancy and finance sector is preferable, but we are happy to consider Consultants with other sector experience who have an interest in A&F.
* You will have the ability to develop new business, but also maintain and grow our existing business.
* It is essential that you enjoy meeting clients and candidates and have a pro-active approach to arranging these meetings.
* We are happy to consider consultants who only have permanent placement experience and would like a fresh challenge working the temp and contract market.
