Interim Finance Transformation Business Partner

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a PE backed Services business to hire a Finance Business Partner with Finance Transformation experience to support them through a significant period of finance transformation and process improvement across the organisation.

This hybrid opportunity (2 days in the office) offers the chance to improve financial reporting and planning processes, enhance management information, and drive efficiencies across the finance function. Working closely with finance and operational stakeholders (in the UK and US), you will help deliver lasting improvements to systems, controls, reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the transition of 3 entities.
• Review and enhance financial processes, controls and reporting frameworks.
• Drive improvements to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to improve financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop KPI reporting, dashboards and management information.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency across the finance function.
• Improve data quality, governance and reporting accuracy.
• Deliver training and support to stakeholders on new processes and ways of working.

What We're Looking For:

• A Qualified Accountant with experience of operating at a senior finance business partnering experience.
• Proven experience delivering finance transformation, systems change or process improvement projects.
• Strong experience working with finance systems and reporting tools.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with a passion for driving change and improving business performance.

£350 - £450 per day PAYE
