Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a growing technology business looking to hire a Post-Aquisition Onboarding Lead, on a 6 month contract basis. The rate will be in the region of £300 - £400 per day.

You need to be a qualified or qualified-by-experience Accountant available to start at short notice.
To be considered, you must have experience in Post-Aquisition onboarding. Pre-Aquisition experience would be a bonus to give you a more rounded view of the whole process.
The role is autonomous and not part of the M&A team. It reports remotely to the Finance Director based in the Surrey head office.
You will have strong ERP experience, a solid technical accounting background, excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
