Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Stock Controller to join our client based in Croydon. We’re looking for an 

experienced and reliable Stock Controller to take ownership of all stock movements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and 

a consistent supply to support daily operations. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate and reliable stock control, 

supporting smooth operations and long-term efficiency across the business.

Please note: Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory levels to meet business needs
  • Carry out and coordinate regular stock audits
  • Monitor inventory quality and resolve issues quickly
  • Manage supplier deliveries, invoices, and claims
  • Record and update all inventory accurately on the system
  • Handle physical stock checks, returns, and internal transfers
  • Keep documentation organised and accessible
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in stock or inventory control
  • Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, and confidence with numbers
  • Manual handling experience essential
  • Reliable, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure
  • Understanding of safe working practices
  • Seeking a long-term, stable position
