Kenneth Brian Associates are currently working with a dynamic company based in Hampton Court who are seeking a Bookkeeper to join their Finance team on a permanent basis.

Bookkeeper - The Role

  • Oversee the processing of purchase and sales invoices, maintaining precise financial records.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve payment queries and address billing discrepancies.
  • Generate customer invoices, applying correct VAT rules and ensuring accuracy.
  • Carry out day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling bank accounts.
  • Coordinate with overseas bookkeepers and external accountants.
  • Monitor compliance with accounting standards and keep financial data up to date.
  • Prepare cash flow projections to support business planning.
  • Compile and file VAT submissions within statutory deadlines.
  • Provide general support to the Finance Manager with ongoing projects and ad-hoc tasks.
