Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a dynamic company based in the Epsom in their search for an Assistant Management Accountant. The ideal candidate will be an active ACCA/CIMA studier who will be keen to progress and take on more responsibilities.

The role offers full study support and hybrid working.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Assist with the preparation and reporting of monthly management accounts to regular deadlines.
  • Daily monitoring of cash balances and bi-monthly reconciliation of multi-currency bank accounts along with all other ledgers.
  • Responsibility for prepayments, fixed assets and monthly accruals.
  • Assist in reporting on monthly variances.
  • Support in the year-end statutory audit process and regular bank audits.
  • Work aside the Finance Manager on information requests and reports for the Managing Director.
  • Support in ad-hoc finance projects as well as assisting across the department when required.

Qualifications/Experience;

  • Individuals with 3 years’ experience who will soon be part qualified or are part qualified who are progressing towards completion of ACCA or CIMA qualifications
  • Well organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Pro-active communicator.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
  • Team-player with strong people skills.
