Kenneth Brian Associates are currently working with a hugely successful business in Epsom, looking to recruit a qualified, experienced FP&A Manager.

Reporting into the CFO and managing a team of 5 commercial analysts, the successful FP&A Manager will take on a leading, business facing role with the scope to genuinely influence the future of the business.

This role will require an experienced business partner and influencer with a highly commercial approach to business, the FP&A manager will be expected to add value across the following areas:

* Investor relations,
* Performance reporting & analysis
* Investment appraisals
* influencing non-financial stakeholders
* Building strong relationships across the senior management team within finance whilst managing a high calibre team.

Applicants must be qualified with substantial experience within FP&A management and/or analysis.
