Sales and Client Support Coordinator

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an award-winning, growing business with a small and supportive team. They are seeking a Sales & Client Support Coordinator to join their office-based team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone confident in customer communication and keen to build a long-term career in a busy, professional environment.

Please note: This role is Monday to Friday, with one Saturday (4 hours) every three weeks (time off in lieu provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via telephone and email
• Prepare and follow up on quotes using internal systems
• Arrange client meetings and visits (in-person and virtual)
• Maintain accurate records and hand over confirmed sales to internal teams
• Support the development of a digital CRM system
• Manage shared inboxes and respond to general customer queries
• Represent the business professionally and positively across all channels

To be successful, you will have

• A full, clean UK driving licence – essential
• A background in the construction or building sector – highly desirable
• Previous experience in a sales, coordination or administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and general IT systems
• A confident telephone manner and professional appearance
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
