Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a industry-leading company based in Esher in their search for a Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal person will have experience working in a similar role with Xero and will live within commutable distance of Esher.
The role includes in all areas of bookkeeping, including VAT, PAYE, and online submissions for Companies House and HMRC.
Main duties include:
- Full ownership of the sales and purchase ledgers
- Managing the credit control
- Processing supplier payments
- Account and bank reconciliations
- Preparing journal entries
- Administering payroll
- Updating and maintaining financial reports
