Kenneth Brian Associates are working in partnership with a well-established client to find a Sales Manager who can bring stability, vision, and strong leadership to their growing team. Our client is in the property development/acquisition industry, and we are looking for someone who can develop relationships with IFAs/Wealth Managers. This will support the organisations mission in raising capital through equity sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business relationships with IFAs, Wealth Managers and Investors.
- Developing and building upon strong long-term relationships ensuring clear and regular communication.
- Attending events and networking raising awareness and interest.
- Working closely with the team, providing support and implementing sale strategies, tailoring marketing materials for key audiences.
- Regular monitoring and producing reports on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
The ideal candidate
- Solid experience within a sales environment working with financial advisors
- Proven ability to network and increase client base
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently but also confident working collaboratively
- Target driven and self-motivated
- Handling any conflict and decision-making confidently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
