Stock Controller

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading supplier based in Kingston for a Stock Controller to join their busy team. We are seeking candidates who possess experience supporting different teams and ideally have experience with shipping/logistics. The perfect candidate’s persona will be energetic yet methodical whom are able to support in anything from admin to sales order processing.

This role includes hybrid and flexible working hours!

Duties:

• Placing orders and confirming with suppliers within given deadlines
• Ensuring deliveries are booked in, checking livestock is available
• Reconciling stock on arrival, dealing with any issues and making sure they are flagged with the supplier
• Checking the correct date rotation of products
• Monitoring stock levels/Restocking and wastage
• Supporting with any other ad-hoc duties where necessary

To be successful you'll possess:

• Experience within a sales support/logistics or shipping role
• Able to be resilient having a positive attitude, and looking for a role whereby you can really get stuck in
• GCSE C's and above in maths and English
• An excellent communicator who it able to work in a busy yet fast paced environment
