Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking an enthusiastic, confident Administrator to cover a 3 month temporary assignment on behalf of a SME based in Sutton.
Duties will include:
  • Acting as Receptionist, meeting and greeting visitors and being first POC for anybody entering the building
  • Answering the phones, dealing with enquires and transferring as required
  • Opening the post and dealing with accordingly
  • Responding to emails
  • Typing letters
The suitable candidate:
  • A Graduate or school leaver looking for an entry level office based role to gain some experience would be ideal
  • Must be educated to GCSE standard minimum with B's in Maths and English
  • Confident communicator with a friendly, warm manner
  • Problem solver and able to work off own initiative
The position will be for 3 months and is to start asap, hourly rate is £9p/h plus holiday.
