Kenneth Brian Associates are partnering exclusively with a long standing family owned company who are looking to recruit for an experienced Finance Business Partner. This role is a highly regarded position within the Finance team as you will be expected to have a pivotal role to play within the business. This role will be working as part of a team of 4 reporting directly into the Head of Finance.
Key responsibilities:
- • Produce and analyse accurate and timely management accounting information for internal and external stakeholders.
- • Completion of monthly performance reporting for relevant departments giving information and commentary on performance against targets.
- • Responsible for production of rolling forecasts & annual budget for the relevant departments by working closely with the business unit stakeholders, including high quality commentaries & presentation slides.
- • Maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and challenge appropriately to ensure delivery of high standards of customer care.
- • Responsible for financial planning, analysis, implementation and effective monitoring of financial systems and processes.
- Ad-hoc projects and support.
About you:
- • Ideally studying towards (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) however we will consider QBE candidates
- • Recent experience of working in a similar role is essential
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- • High attention to detail
- • Problem solving skills
