Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a well-established company based in Epsom.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a great team, providing a high level of service to customers regarding a range of products.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Resolving queries and issues
- Documenting customer interactions into relevant systems
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve customer requests
- Asking pertinent questions to obtain accurate information
- Responding to calls and emails from customers
- Various administrative tasks
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Confident and professional telephone and email manner
- Ability to resolve customer issues and queries
- Working in a team, as well as on your own initiative
