- Kenneth Brian associates are recruiting for a tech savvy Junior Business Analyst on behalf of our industry leading organisation based in Epsom. The main scope of the position will be responsible for overseeing company transaction errors and investigating why errors have occurred, with a view to prevent further errors. This is an excellent vacancy for a graduate who is highly IT literate, has strong excel skills and is able to interrogate and analyse data. Furthermore, the position offers great progressional opportunities.
Duties will include:- Liaising with various parties regarding data maintenance and data validation for customer and supplier transactions
- Investigating and resolving data errors and taking steps to ensure further prevention
- Supporting internal teams on data errors and giving guidance to ensure errorness data isn’t sent in the future
- Document current processes with a view to mapping workflows and standardise across the organisation
- Strong excel skills is essential with the ability to perform formulas and pivot tables
- Fairly tech savvy and able to analyse an interpret data
- Willingness to learn and adapt to ever changing needs
- Able to problem solve and come up with business solutions
