Construction Estimator

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a growing construction company in Coulsdon. We are looking to recruit a bright, ambitious and committed reactive works Estimator, we are open minded on the background of the candidates however it must be construction either academically or manually. The role is to work within the Planned and Reactive team to deliver quality Estimates on time to meet the client’s expectations.

The ideal Candidate will have some experience Estimating or a working knowledge of building maintenance to carry out estimates in the very fast paced industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Scoping works both with the client and independently
• Commercial duties- Inc estimating reactive, planned, follow on works, variations and Final Accounts
• Ensuring all client and in house health and safety requirements are adhered to as part of estimates
• Visiting site and reporting back to the team on progress and expected completion dates.
• Generally working within the team and with day-to-day tasks as required.

To be successful:

• Background in construction either academically or manually
• Experience estimating or working knowledge of building maintenance
• Living locally to Coulsdon
