Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a prestigious employer based in Epsom, who are seeking a Customer Retentions Executive to join their team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

 

Working as part of a team whose focus is on customer retention, this role will involve ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that customers are offered a choice of options.

 

Specific responsibilities will include:

 

  • Managing and retaining a portfolio of customers who are at the end of their contracts
  • Exploring products available to these customers to retain their custom
  • Proactively contacting customers who have indicated that they wish to end their contracts
  • Providing new quotations
  • Liaising with third parties

 

To be considered for this role, you will need:

 

  • Previous experience in a proactive, customer focused role, ideally Sales or Retentions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Target driven with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Highly motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
