Kenneth Brian Associates are looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who's competent using accounting software, for a 2-3 month temp assignment. The role is working for a market leading services business based in Wimbledon. You will be required to be office based for this assignment.
The hourly rate will pay £20 - £25 based on a 37.5 hour week.
Duties:
- Reconcile supplier accounts, ledger to supplier statements and resolve any queries, requesting invoices, proposing adjustments, obtaining authorisation for adjustments
- Matching payments against invoices in the ledger
- Following up on vendor queries raised, reconciling vendor accounts to the ledger (across current and legacy accounting systems) and resolving queries
- Excellent communicator with business stakeholders and supplier
- Person to be a self starter and driven to achieve targets.
This role is to start immediately, so those on notice periods (longer than 1 week) will not be considered.
