Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a growing company based in Bromley, who are looking to recruit for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This will be a brand new role, so the Ideal candidate will need to have a hands on approach to their work.

Flexible duties (Role based on candidates previous experience):
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Monthly payroll.
  • Group VAT return.
  • Contribute to the achievement of company’s objectives by providing management, advice and financial guidance.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to company’s managers and staff to enable them to achieve their objectives.
  • Preparation of year end accounts and Management reporting to ensure that these are presented accurately and on time; liaising with auditor.
  • Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company.
  • Part of senior management team working to grow the business.

  • Oversee all day-to-day accounting duties
