Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exclusive basis with a global financial services business to hire an interim Finance Business Partner for a 8 - 9 month period. To be considered you must be either ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified with relevant experience.
Please note, this is a remote role, but you must be able to travel in to Reigate or London when required, for team briefings/meetings.
Up to £375 per day via Umbrella.
Overview:
You'll be working closely with key stakeholders with the objective of identifying positive revenue and margin avenues with global reinsurance partners.
Duties:- Reporting sales performance to key stakeholders.
- Produce detailed weekly and monthly financial reporting packs for the Leadership team and wider business - providing commercial commentary, analysis and insight on all factors that influence financial performance and recommend action to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities.
- Regular targeted sales and margin analysis
- Track margin trends and analyse the effectiveness of overriders and promotions.
- Assess P&L impacts of operational performance including service level analysis etc.
- Work with the Sales team to forecast and analyse the volume, revenue and margin impacts of pricing decisions before and after implementation.
- Provide monthly 12-month rolling forecasts, value commercial risks & opportunities, and participate in the creation and consolidation of the annual budget.
- Customer accrual management and regular balance sheet reconciliations.
- Administration of system price increases and monthly reporting system reconciliations to management Accounts.
