<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experienced in an accounts, bookkeeping, finance or administrative position</li>
<li>Confident handling invoices, payments and financial information</li>
<li>Numerate with excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities</li>
<li>Comfortable using Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Familiar with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or similar</li>
<li>A clear, professional and friendly communicator</li>
<li>Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team</li>
<li>Previous experience within property, estate agency, block management or a similar environment would be advantageous, although this is not essential.</li>

<p><span>The Role:</span></p>
<p>As Assistant Accountant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the finance function, gaining broad experience across areas including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Purchase and sales ledger</li>
<li>Bank reconciliations</li>
<li>Invoicing and credit control</li>
<li>Processing expenses and payments</li>
<li>Assisting with month-end reporting</li>
<li>Balance sheet reconciliations</li>
<li>Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc analysis and projects</li>
</ul>
<p><span>About You:</span></p>
<p>We’re looking for someone who is <span>driven, personable and keen to progress</span>. You’ll ideally have some previous accounts experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</p>
