<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide comprehensive support and advice on all employment queries/cases</li>
<li>Managing complex employee relations casework, dismissals and employment tribunals</li>
<li>Advising managers on best practice and current UK employment law</li>
<li>Maintain HR database and filing systems ensuring information is up to date and accurate</li>
<li>HR Administration duties such as processing payroll and visas</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>HR Experience - particularly dealing with employee relations</li>
<li>CIPD qualified; or qualified by experience</li>
<li>Working knowledge of employment law and good practice</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset – confident using insights & metrics for strategic decisions and meaningful change</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and able to act with discretion</li>
<li><span>Must be willing to commute to Tadworth on a regular basis</span></li>
<li>Experience using HR Systems</li>
