- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting new role for a company based in Epsom town centre.
The position will involve administration of mortgages and savings accounts, with specific responsibilities including:
- Carrying out all aspects of mortgage administration and commercial lending administration
- Producing management and board reports
- Administration of mortgage arrears operations, including providing statistical information and reports, and supporting legal recovery procedures
- Administration of deceased customer accounts Powers of Attorneys and other third party authorities
- Administration of daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc and other reports
- Preparing and issuing standard or dictated letter responses
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Educated ideally to degree (or equivalent) level
- Some administration and customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn quickly
- Proficient in MS Office, including the ability to create spreadsheets in Excel
