- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity on behalf of a prestigious company based in Leatherhead. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant on a part time basis to join this hard working team.
Accounts Assistant 16-hours PW £11.00 PH (work pattern negotiable)
Main duties:- Process a large number of goods for resale invoices and credit notes
- Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to resolve discrepancies arising between invoices and purchase orders
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Identify payments receipted into the bank and post to the relevant customer accounts
- Process journals
- Categorise and assist in the control of email inboxes
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident using computerised systems. Must be confident using Excel.
