Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking a temporary Purchasing Administrator, on behalf of a long-established client based in Chessington. 
The role will provide support to the Purchasing department, on a temporary basis for up to 6 months. Specific responsibilities will include: 
  • Reviewing purchase orders
  • Dealing with stock issues
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding delivery dates and timescales
  • Liaising with Sales team regarding availability of stock
  • Maintaining accurate supplier records
  • General administrative tasks
To be considered for this role, you will need: 
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
  • High level of attention to detail
