- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a company based in Chessington, who have a rarely available vacancy for a Customer Service Advisor.
The focus of this role is on managing customer communications, and providing an excellent quality of customer service. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, post, email and webchat
- Updating customer accounts
- Dealing with customer correspondence
- Processing orders, payments and returns
- General administrative tasks
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- High levels of commitment to providing quality customer service
- IT literate, with the ability to learn new systems
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
