- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exclusive basis with a highly successful, well established Accountancy Practice based in Leatherhead to recruit a Bookkeeper on either a full time or part time basis.
Please note this role is office based.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have relevant bookkeeping skills gained in either an accountancy practice or in industry.
Key Responsibilities:- General bookkeeping
- Posting invoices for various clients and investigating queries
- Reconciling multiple banking entries on accounting software and investigating queries
- Assisting with VAT returns
- Creating and sending out clients’ annual Confirmation Statements
- Tidying of books for year-end work
- Simple self-assessment tax returns
- Experience in Xero, Sage and QuickBooks is preferable
- Excellent spoken and written English
