- Description
- Kenneth Brian Associates are working an established business based in Chessington who are recruiting for a Accounts Assistant to join their exciting team on a 6 month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate for this role will be immediately available or on short notice with previous experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:- Raising and sending client invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Providing proof of payment upon request
- Responding to supplier invoice queries
- Credit Control for owned clients
- Payment run cover - multi currency -BACS
- Email inbox maintenance
- Daily cash receipting
- Inter account transfers
- Scanning and filing
- Bank reconciliations
- There will also be project work that will form part of the job holder’s day to day responsibilities
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook Email, Word and Excel) required for the role
- Organised, reliable and highly accurate with numbers
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage projects
- Must be a strong team player, have a good work ethic & remain professional at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
