- Kenneth Brian Associates are working exclusively with a Mitcham based employer, who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to come in and implement HR processes and procedures. This is a crucial role within the company and requires an individual with high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
This is a standalone HR role and must be able to work independently and from own initiative.
Specific responsibilities will include:
HR:- Analysis current processes/procedures and implement new ones
- This role is a brand new position and will be a standalone role
- Coach and support line managers in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance to bring out the best in our people, and to resolve any people-related challenges
- Ensure active management of all Employee Relations disciplines including: grievance, disciplinary, absence management, performance management, and employee wellbeing and support
- Contributing to and ensuring timely completion of HR projects and other key HR/Facilities milestones throughout the year (e.g. staff survey, pay review, performance review, etc.)
- Management and maintenance of HR systems
- CIPD-qualified (level 3 min and the equivalent work experience)
- Previously worked in a HR Manager capacity before
- Experience with implementing processes and procedures
- Experience in managing Employee Relations processes end-to-end (e.g. grievance, disciplinary, absence management, performance management, and employee wellbeing)
- Experience in managing or closely supporting small HR projects end-to-end
