- Kenneth Brian Associates are pleased to present an excellent opportunity working for an established company in Leatherhead, currently enjoying huge growth. They are looking to hire an experienced Credit Team Leader to join their fantastic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:-- Responsible for targeted collections
- Ensure customers are contacted to resolve outstanding payments, credit or debit claims and that these are processed in a timely manner and within authorised sanction limits.
- Regular account reconciliations
- Responsible for customer disputes and building relationships
- Responsible for the reconciliation of the Sales ledger
- Prepare and distribute the monthly Credit Control reporting: debit note report and query management reports.
- Monitor Credit Insurance limits maintained in accordance with the Group Credit to policy.
- Develop the team of Credit Controllers
- Four-year minimum relevant Credit Control experience
- Computer literate with working knowledge of accounting software and Word & Excel
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to lead a team
- Can-do attitude
