Contract: Permanent, full-time office based
Location: Wimbledon
Kenneth Brian Associates are delighted to be working with a fantastic and successful business based in Wimbledon who are looking for an Office Manager whose enthusiastic and happy to get stuck in wherever needed!
The role
This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll be involved in everything from client communication and diary management to marketing and compliance. You’ll be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also supporting the Director with PA duties and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting guests, being the first point of contact for clients and customers, handling calls and enquiries professionally
- Manage office supplies, filing, and general admin to keep the office running smoothly
- Maintain client databases, internal systems and prepare marketing materials
- Support the team with scheduling, legal documents and research
- Handle invoices and basic financial admin
- Manage the Director’s diary and preparing various meeting client documentation
- Coordinate marketing activities including brochures, adverts, website updates, and social media
- Oversee office compliance
About you
- Experience within a similar Office Management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Confident with IT systems
- Must live within 30 minutes of Wimbledon
