Location: Surrey

Kenneth Brian Associates are pleased to be collaborating with great company based in Surrey, who are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join a supportive and inclusive team to provide exceptional customer service to their clients.

The role

You will play an integral role in being the first point of contact to a range of stakeholders both internal and external to ensure that they receive exceptional service and timely responses to any requests through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify new clients, assessing current requirements and re-engaging with lapsed clients to generate opportunities
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and direct enquiries to the right team members
  • Review and respond to sales requests, liaising with Account Managers
  • Keep CRM records accurate and support the team with project admin and client communication tasks
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and any ongoing projects

About you

  • Experience within sales support environment with client liaison
  • Proven organisational ability to multitask, prioritise, and deliver under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 and experienced with CRM systems
  • Clear and confident communicator at all levels
  • High attention to detail
