Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a Motor Trade client based in New Malden. You will be supporting both the sales & finance team. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is customer focus orientated with an excellent eye for detail and previous experience in a Sales administration role. You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day administration involved in the sales process, maintaining accurate records, ensuring documentation is completed correctly, and coordinating across teams.
Duties Include:
- Supporting the Sales and Finance team with administration tasks
- Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation is updated
- First point of contact for customers dealing with enquiries effectively
- Liaising across departments to ensure presale work is completed on time
- Processing invoices and support with financial administration
- Ensure compliance and accuracy across all sales documentation for a seamless customer experience
You will possess the following attributes:
- GCSE's minimum in Maths and English
- Must have experience working in a sales administration role within the Motor Trade industry
- Strong working knowledge of IT & Microsoft packages, Excel etc
- Excellent communicator, good eye for detail and approachable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must live within a commutable distance of New Malden
