Kenneth Brian are delighted to be partnering with a growing and ambitious business based in Croydon who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up into a management accountant role, offering development, progression and the chance to work closely with senior finance leaders in a supportive environment. This role would suit a Part Qualified Accountant who is currently studying ACCA or CIMA.
The Role
Working as part of a close-knit finance team, you’ll take ownership of management reporting and play a key role in helping to shape financial processes as the business continues to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Producing insightful financial reports to support strategic decisions
- Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
- Supporting process improvements and system developments
- Business partnering with non-finance teams to help drive performance
About You
We’re looking for someone ambitious and proactive, with a good grounding in finance who’s ready for that next step.
You’ll ideally have:
- Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or actively studying towards qualification
- Experience producing management accounts or supporting the month-end process
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- A keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in developing your career in management accounting
