Description
Kenneth Brian Associates have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and capable individual who is looking to learn about payroll and grow within a world-class organisation. You will be part of the Payroll team based in Wimbledon performing general payroll tasks.
Duties will include but not limited to:
  • Run weekly reports in preparation of the monthly payrolls
  • Checking and entering of payroll instructions from our HR shared service centre
  • Checking new starter information and entering HMRC forms onto a master spreadsheet
  • Process statutory payments and deductions
  • Liaise with our HR Shared Service centre in respect of payroll queries
  • Act as a cover in the absence of a team member
  • General filing and admin
  • Ensuring payroll tasks are fully completed and signed off
  • Adhoc tasks
Candidate Specification:
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Previous payroll experience not necessary
  • Some experience within an office environment
  • GCSE Maths: Minimum of grade C (or 4 in new grading system)
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Excel ideally (Pivot tables & VLOOKUP's), Word and Outlook
