- Kenneth Brian Associates have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and capable individual who is looking to learn about payroll and grow within a world-class organisation. You will be part of the Payroll team based in Wimbledon performing general payroll tasks.
Duties will include but not limited to:- Run weekly reports in preparation of the monthly payrolls
- Checking and entering of payroll instructions from our HR shared service centre
- Checking new starter information and entering HMRC forms onto a master spreadsheet
- Process statutory payments and deductions
- Liaise with our HR Shared Service centre in respect of payroll queries
- Act as a cover in the absence of a team member
- General filing and admin
- Ensuring payroll tasks are fully completed and signed off
- Adhoc tasks
Candidate Specification:The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:- Previous payroll experience not necessary
- Some experience within an office environment
- GCSE Maths: Minimum of grade C (or 4 in new grading system)
- Good customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Excel ideally (Pivot tables & VLOOKUP's), Word and Outlook
