Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a construction firm in Bromley who are on the lookout for a confident Office Manager/Bookkeeper to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a varied role where you'll be the go-to for both accounts and office support - perfect for someone who enjoys getting stuck in and making a real difference day to day.
Duties:
- Managing the day-to-day office admin (ordering supplies, calls, general organisation)
- Looking after invoicing, payments, and supplier statements
- Chasing overdue payments and sorting any invoice queries
- Handling CIS payments and making sure everything's HMRC-compliant
- Keeping the books tidy and up to date
- Supporting the team with travel bookings, document prep and ad-hoc bits
Experience Required:
- Bookkeeping experience – ideally in a small business or construction firm
- Knowledge of CIS is a must
- Confident using Excel and Word
- Organised, proactive, and happy working independently
- Local to Bromley and able to commute daily
