- Order Fulfilment Coordinator
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an Order Fulfilment Coordinator/Sales Coordinator on behalf of a leading organisation based in Sutton. Our client is one of the largest organisations in Europe within their field so this is a fantastic opportunity for the successful individual!
We are looking for a confident individual, with an excellent eye for detail to join the ordering team, consisting of 5 team members.
The role will be responsible for:- Managing day to day procedures and processes which including planning, scheduling and preparation of orders
- Sending purchase orders to vendors
- Coordinating and scheduling deliveries whilst escalating vendor issues
- Create bill of materials (BOMS) for products
- Stock control
- Experience working with ERP / MRP systems and experience creating Bills of Materials would be ideal
- Experience with order processing and fulfilment would be highly desirable
- Competent in scheduling and coordinating deliveries whilst dealing with purchase orders
- Educated to GCSE level
