- Provide regular cash flow forecasting in collaboration with Finance Operations and Tax.
- Deliver actionable insights through performance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support departments with KPI tracking, variance analysis, and financial performance management.
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver data-driven decision support.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure ongoing compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance on financial risk and internal controls.
- Enhance governance through robust control frameworks.
Strategic Involvement:
- Evaluate the financial impact of strategic projects and new initiatives.
- Ensure new service lines and geographical expansions are properly accounted for and reported.
- Drive alignment between financial planning and business strategy.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
- Serve as a key advisor across the finance function and wider business.
About You – Essential Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant
- Proven experience in professional services or trust and corporate services.
- Deep understanding of financial control, compliance, reporting, planning, and analysis.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong experience in complex, global, multi-entity environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
If you’re seeking a leadership opportunity where your contribution will directly shape financial strategy, processes, and performance—and want the flexibility of a largely remote role—this could be the perfect next step.
