Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Facilities Administrator on a FTC basis on behalf of a leading company in Sutton. This is a maternity cover contract and will be initially for 12 months, the postholder is due to go on maternity leave in May therefore we are looking for somebody to start in April time. Facilities experience inst essential however we are seeking a candidate with strong Excel skills, an excellent eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously.
Duties will include
  • First point of contact within the Health and Safety team dealing with enquiries both over the phone, email and in person
  • Assist in the organisation of annual audits
  • Generate purchase orders, coding invoices for authorisation
  • Booking meetings, conferences and arrange travel and accommodation as required
  • Collation, analysis and reporting of data for presentation at meetings
In order to be successful you will possess:
  • Administration experience, ideally within a procurement or facilities environment
  • Experience collating analysing and reporting on data using Excel
  • Experience dealing with purchase orders
  • Available immediately and able to commit to a 12 month FTC
