- Kenneth Brian Associates are partnering exclusively on behalf of one of Surrey's most expanding businesses based on Epsom Downs.
The role supports the Group Finance manager to provide finance support to major divisions of the company. The role will focus on divisional financial reporting, contract administration, budgetary control and financial support for Divisional operations.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for contract reporting and financial data management; Maintain the integrity of the contract database system. You will be a credible reliable link between the finance and operations teams and maintain communication with field staff as well as customer contacts. You will also be responsible for the preparation of regular and ad hoc financial and operational reports.
Key Duties will include:- Maintain accurate and robust costing and budgeting models for existing business.
- Provide commercially viable quotations for changes to existing business
- Calculate and submit Enhanced Value submissions while adhering to customer process
- Participate in the review and development of current systems and processes to ensure effective and efficient controls are in place throughout the business.
- Create bespoke costing models for tenders
- Provide Variance analysis and commentary on financial and operational performance.
- Ensure that revenue billing is complete and accurate and that costs are correctly allocated within the division.
- Involvement in annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Assist the Group Financial Controller and Finance Manager with the Year-end accounts and audit.
- Any other duties as requested by the Finance Manager / Group financial controller / Finance Director
