- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long established company based in Chessington, who are looking for an Administrator to join their team and provide support to the Marketing Manager.
The role will involve providing support across a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Uploading images and creating marketing copy
- Maintaining accurate records on central system
- Liaising with suppliers
- Assisting with the coordination of catalogue production
- Gathering and formatting data and images from suppliers
- Proof reading catalogue pages to ensure accuracy
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with social media, catalogue and website development
- Monthly creation of staff newsletter
- Assisting with showroom displays
- Creating customer order forms with images to assist customers with their ordering process
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience within an administrative role, along with an interest or experience in marketing
- Creative with a flair for design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
